MISSION: The Rasmussen College, School of Justice Studies in Rockford, Illinois is a career focused college with resources for law enforcement training and higher education primarily serving the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.

LOCATION: Rasmussen College in Rockford IL is one of 15 campuses throughout a five state area that serves students who want a regionally accredited institution of higher learning that offers programs focused on careers. Further, Rasmussen's online course offerings serve students nationwide and internationally. The School of Justice Studies at Rasmussen College is known for its excellence in education and quality teaching staff. In 2008 Rasmussen College in Rockford IL was designated as the IL/WI Regional Training Center for the National Partnership for Careers in Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security.

The Rockford campus of Rasmussen College is located approximately one hour northwest of Chicago. The campus itself is situated on one of the main roads that cuts through the heart of Rockford and has easy highway access from all directions. Chicago-Rockford International Airport serves a growing population in the community. The northern Illinois Rock River area is one of the most scenic and diverse across the entire state. Recreational opportunities abound and Rockford is home to Rock Cut State Park that is Illinois' largest state park.
