The Center serves as a resource center for educational institutions (secondary and post-secondary), businesses and government. The Center exists as part of the Criminal Justice, Fire Science, and Emergency Management programs, which are part of the Division of Social Sciences at Montgomery County Community College, located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
